How to Enroll

It is as easy as 1, 2, 3, or 4.  Fill out the registration application and ...

1. Mail us your application along with your full tuition or $50 Deposit ... OR
2. Fax (972-346-2885) us your application with credit card information ... OR
3. Phone (972-346-2885) us your application and credit card information ... OR
4. Online - Submit application and credit card information on our secure server.

With only a $50 deposit or full tuition, you can reserve a spot in camp. If a deposit is made it will be applied to the tuition.  The remaining balance is due  anytime prior to, or on the first morning of camp.  Once your application and deposit/tuition has been received, you are guaranteed a spot in the camp and a confirmation email will soon be sent to you.

Cancellation

In the event of cancellation a refund will be made less the $50 deposit, provided cancellation is made prior to the first day of camp. There are no refunds after camp begins. The deposit / tuition will be honored toward any future football camp conducted by Premier Football Camps.
